Funding entity ADIF - Alta Velocidad
The purpose of this project is to establish an evolution of the regulatory considerations and operating procedures for the billing of the traction current of trains to railway operators, taking into account:
• The integration of the invoicing system into the EREX platform.
• The new energy efficiency measures adopted by ADIF-Alta Velocidad about installing renewable energy generation plants by railway companies for ADIF-Alta Velocidad's self-consumption.
• Other methodological evolutions such as:
o Review and update, if necessary, of the procedure for registration in check-in with on-board measurement.
o The regulatory framework's evolution and its implications on the billing system.
o Evolution of management with on-board measurement for invoicing.
o Evolution of the main parameters of the billing methodology.
o Analysis of the evolution of the calendar of closures and settlements.
Layman's summary: In this project, the methodology for invoicing the traction current of trains to railway operators is evolved to adapt it to new operational and regulatory considerations.
